Even BTS’ Fancam View Count Record Is a World-class

JIMIN of K-pop boy group BTS’ viral fancam smashed all records in fancam category on YouTube.

On May 1 (local time), BTS attended its third ‘Billboard Music Awards’ (BBMAs) which took place in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Not only the group won two awards this year―Top Social Artist and Top Duo/Group―BTS performed its latest title track ‘Boy With Luv’ with American singer Halsey, the featuring artist of the song.
Their impeccable collaboration stage was indeed the highlight of the event, and there was one fancam that especially caught the attention from the public.

It was no other than JIMIN’s fancam of the stage, filmed by a well-known ‘fansite master’ of JIMIN.

In only 5 hours and 40 minutes, the fancam reached 1 million views―becoming the fastest famcam among all K-pop artists’ to do so.

The fancam is also the first fancam ever to be trended #1 on YouTube in Korea, and it currently boasts over 3 million views.
Not only ARMYs (BTS’ official fan club) but also the public shared how impressive and aesthetically pleasing to watch JIMIN’s performance captured in the fancam.

Comments include, “No offense to other talented dancers out there, but JIMIN’s on another level.”, “Not only does he instantly catches the eyes, he holds the attention till the end.”, “Thanks for sharing this amazing video of JIMIN!”, and more.
